Hi , My name is Terry Hamilton and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire & Vermont. My experience varies although I have the most experience working with post traumatic stress/trauma, anxiety, depression, military and family and attachment issues.

I believe in whole health through integrating a person-centered, approach to connect clients to their internal and external resources. I have been trained in DBT, Brainspotting, Prolonged Exposure and Psychodynamic therapy. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor . Additionally, I have completed many more hours of continuing education on trauma, anxiety, and complimentary practices.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My availability is mostly afternoon/evening and some weekend hours. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
