I am licensed in Arizona and Colorado with 10+ years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I strive to offer a judgment-free environment through the use of acceptance, superior listening skills, discernment, and an unconditional love for humanity.

As an experienced licensed therapist and addictions counselor, I use those skills to help persons through the Crisis & Trauma of life! As an integrated therapist, I am trained in various approaches and will draw on whatever evidenced-based treatment a client needs to assist their journey: CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, ACT, EFT, EMDR, CRM, MI (so many acronyms...).

Spirituality is an important aspect of life. As a pastor's wife, I have seen the need for a safe & confidential outlet that's not always found in the church, causing many people to not address their mental health needs. May I offer the love of Christ to you?
