It is my goal to create an environment to facilitate personal growth and healing. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to my client's specific needs. Together we can find a solution. My passion involves working with children, families, and individuals to assist them with acknowledgment of their strengths and feelings, filtering through negative messages that can affect self-esteem, thus encouraging growth experiences. I received my Master's in Clinical social work from the University of Michigan. While attending the University Of Michigan I was considered a clinical scholar and had the opportunity to work learn and grow at the Rachel Upjohn Depression clinic. After attending the University Of Michigan I had the opportunity to work with a community mental Health Authority in which I received hundreds of hours in clinical training such as trauma-focused cognitive therapy, PMTO, parent management training of Oregon, and suicide prevention to name a few. Together we can do this. My specialties include: Depression, anxiety, trauma and grief, selective mutism, life transitions/adjustments, Behavior Disorders: attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder, juvenile delinquency, anger management, Developmental Disabilities: Autistic spectrum disorders, Asperger's disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury
