I am a passionate therapist motivated to help individuals navigate through their everyday stressors, and challenges that arise in their life. Whether you are currently facing new stressors or unresolved past issues, they can affect your overall well being, and hinder you from maximizing your quality of life. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that help individuals unlock their full potential, and begin to work through life with a sense of ease.

I've worked in both the substance abuse, and mental health field for about 5 years. I've helped individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and issues related to addiction, and relationships.

When working with individuals great care is provided in understanding that everyone is different, and meeting individuals where they are is vastly important. Providing a safe and open environment for individuals to process their everyday stressors, and to aid them in meeting their goals is my priority. My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivation Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
