Hello! My name is Temeaka Hamm. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Alabama. I earned a Masters of Science degree at Alabama A&M University in Counseling Psychology in 2001. Just a little about me, I enjoy family time, eating good food and connecting with inspiring people! I LIVE to see and hear the successes of others.

Career wise, I started as a helping professional in 1998 working with adolescences after earning my Bachelors degree. Over the years, I have also worked with adults in residential, community mental health, non profit organizations and private practice. I have experienced working with various mental health issues, interpersonal relationships and substance abuse. I have a special interest in spirituality and working with women related issues. My approach is to establish rapport that creates a safe, trustworthy, laid back and comfortable atmosphere for my clients. Over the years I’ve found that cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior and solution focus therapy approaches have been effective therapy skills I use.

I am passionate and wholeheartedly enjoy working with people and helping them find solutions to life. So with that being said... LETS MAKE LEMONADE!!!
