About

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years' experience in the state of Alabama. I have experience facilitating marriage workshops, speaking about mental health in churches, counseling couples, children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have also worked with the judicial system. I have been afforded opportunities to speak about managing stress in the workplace to employers and employees.

I believe that counseling is a tool that can be very instrumental in helping people align or re-align with the healthy person and the healthy lifestyle they are purposed to live. Counseling is my profession as well as my gift. I embody change, restoration, and healing utilizing my extensive experience and my Christian values. I have a passion to support teens and adults in crisis, as well as those with behavior problems, substance abuse, and grief issues, along with bipolar disorder how to manage and cope. Everyone deserves to unlock the treasure of an abundant life within. Communities are healed one individual at a time.
