Hello!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 10 years of experience working with clients. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University of California, Davis, my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, and my Doctorate of Psychology in Marriage and Family Therapy also from Alliant International University. I currently provide supervision to clinicians at a behavioral health agency in Gilbert, Arizona and treat clients on Find A Therapist and their sister sites.

My approach in therapy is very collaborative and depends on your preferences and goals. I believe the most important factors for your success in therapy are the non-judgmental space I create and the strong therapeutic relationship we build based on safety and trust. I am very strengths-based in my approach and will work with you to identify your goals and the strengths you have to reach them. I utilize a number of techniques but am rooted in Family Systems Theory and draw strongly from Narrative Therapy, which is an approach that focuses on you, your story, and the power you have to write the ending you want for yourself! I believe that together we can really make a difference in your life.

I have experience working with children, teens, young adults, adults, couples, families, and parent-child dyads. I enjoy partnering with clients to work through symptoms of depression, anxiety, or trauma, as well as relational stress, career stress, parenting issues, and self-confidence or identity issues. I am also passionate about working with women going through life transitions including transitioning into adulthood, becoming a parent, career development, becoming married or experiencing divorce.
