Making the decision to begin therapy can be intimidating, but I am here to offer help and support in any way that I can. I believe therapy involves a collaborative effort between the client and therapist to explore the best possible solution. I also believe in "meeting you halfway" to build a strong therapeutic relationship to ensure a positive outcome.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, adjustment, family conflict, self-esteem, and self-exploration. I also utilize my experience in Applied Behavior Analysis to offer a unique counseling approach for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. I utilize CBT and other creative counseling techniques to aid you in reaching your goals.
I pride myself on being authentic, determined, and transparent with my clients. I consider it an honor to watch you grow, learn and explore new parts of yourself.
