I believe that when human beings experience severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to disentangle. My great passion is helping people whether adult, children or families to identify healthy perception of themselves ,empowering and provide unconditional positive regard so they can find peace and feel complete, whole and safe.
I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual; therefore I have been trained in various therapeutic modalities, such as Thinking For A Change, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change and Solution Focus Therapy.
I have over 20 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including outpatient specialty clinics, crisis intervention, structured outpatient programs, inpatient psychiatric, and large nonprofits practices.
