I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 10+ years of clinical experience providing individual, family, and group therapy. I am certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy to assist clients with addressing deep-rooted traumas that affect their daily functioning and quality of life. My experience has been working with adolescents, adults, and families who have struggled with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship conflicts, communication difficulties, and coping strategies. I have a strong passion for focusing on family dynamics and systems to assist individuals and families with improving relationships, communication, and understanding of each other through the therapeutic process.
