Hello! My name is Taylor and I’m a licensed therapist in California. The heart of my work centers around helping individuals struggling with intimacy and relationships, body image, self-esteem, anxiety, and life transitions. In our lives, we all desire connection, confidence, and ease, sometimes we just need some help reaching our goals. My style is warm, authentic, and collaborative. My approach is person-centered and rooted in the attachment and relational approaches in therapy. To support your individual goals, I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, feminist theory, attachment, and mindfulness. Additionally, I utilize a Health at Every Size (HAES®) and body liberation informed framework throughout my practice to support you in your body image journey. Our client-therapist relationship is truly important in the therapeutic process and I work to create a safe, authentic, and nonjudgemental therapeutic space. I am truly passionate about empowering and helping others build connection, it’s what led me to being a therapist and what motivates me every day.
