I am licensed in Oregon with 10 years of experience in the study and application of therapy services. My main area of focus is in sex addiction but I also have experience in working with anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, intimacy and relationship issues, feelings of guilt and shame, and the stress of life transitions. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. My job is to help you discover what is necessary to heal and grow and to guide you in developing healthier habits whether they be physical, mental, or emotional.
