Hi, I’m Taylor! Do you struggle with balancing the responsibilities in your life? Do you have trouble with completing daily tasks and managing your relationships? Are you feeling overwhelmed day to day? Life can be difficult to manage. I love helping anyone who is trying to balance parenthood and postpartum life, but enjoy working with anyone experiencing life transitions. I mix cognitive strategies with solution-focused techniques to promote healthy coping skills, challenge negative thoughts and create space for change to make life just a little more manageable. Whether you are facing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges or problems with executive functioning (things like focus, task initiation, prioritization, and motivation), I can help guide you to finding ways to tackle your challenges.
