I am a licensed and credentialed therapist helping couples, individuals and families deal with significant challenges that are often a part of life. I offer therapy services designed to help individuals, couples and families deal with the issue at hand and move on productively. I am a husband, Dad and business man, I too have sought and engaged the right tools to help me manage life challenges and changes. Starting with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology, I later trained in the discipline called Brief Therapy. I also have been trained in the work of Milton Erickson and use many of his techniques in my practice. I have also engaged in numerous practicums and an internship in Substance Abuse. I have worked with hundreds of clients across a spectrum of issues. Early in my studies, it became apparent to me that there was a real need for counseling services and tools that were focused specifically on men, including both adults and adolescents. In my private practice that’s exactly what I do: Focus on using practical tools to no only help men through life changes and challenges, but all people.
