Taylor is a licensed social worker who strives to provide embodied mental health therapy that integrates physical movements and somatic awareness with evidence-based psychological interventions. She works with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges, helping them heal and cope through a holistic and multidimensional approach. Taylor has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she specialized in mental health. She also has experience in non-profit and clinical settings, working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and children and adolescents with severe mental health issues. Taylor is passionate about creating meaningful therapeutic relationships, fostering empathy and cultural competence, and applying trauma informed care principles into her practice. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, exercising, trying new restaurants, and watching true crime documentaries.
