Welcome! My name is Taylor and I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I have been providing counseling to individuals from all ages and backgrounds over the last 4 years. I have frequently worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues, self-esteem issues, learning disabilities, and parenting issues. I am also currently working on training to receive certification in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy for children, as well as a certification for treating individuals with an ADHD diagnosis.

My style is open, inviting, and strengths-based. I believe that cultivating trust in the therapeutic relationship is key to helping clients feel safe and ready to share whatever is on their mind, without fear of judgment. I aim to help you uncover any blind spots and find opportunities for self-reflection and growth. My hope is that I can assist individuals in improving their sense of self-efficacy, so they feel empowered to tackle any future life challenges with the skills and ideas they have learned through our experience together.

I believe that all people have the power to make small steps toward change, no matter how difficult things may seem. Baby steps are just as important as giant leaps and bounds.
