Hello, my name is Taylor. I have been a practicing Mental Health Counselor for 4 years. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which supports clients in understanding how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected to one another. I also utilize expressive tools such as art therapy and sand tray. I have supported clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including trauma recovery, young adult transition issues, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. I believe that the most crucial elements to mental wellness are a belief that you can recover and a teammate to support you in getting there.
