Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts. I have worked with individuals with diagnosed mental illnesses ranging from depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar, PTSD, ADHD, substance use and individuals with dual diagnoses. My clinical experience has allowed me to work with clients in navigating career changes/challanges, life transitions, past and current trauma, education goals, and managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood changes and trauma.

My hope is to provide a warm and inviting space that is non-judgemental for all my clients. I am hear to listen, support and help manage life stressors. My approach is a combination of cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, strengths based, mindfulness and trauma informed therapy. I believe in celebrating wins, no matter how small as part of every session. I meet my clients where they are at and tailor each interaction and treatment plan based on each individual's unique and specific needs and wishes.
