I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas with experience working in hospitals, recovery centers, private and public schools, as well as private practice. My goal in working with clients is to create a space where they feel safe, validated and heard to talk about whatever is on their mind and to share their experiences openly. I want to help you be the best version of yourself, by creating a non-judgmental space where you can be your true, authentic self. The therapeutic relationship is key, and I want to make sure that you feel as comfortable as possible, especially talking about things that may be out of your comfort zone.

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of the individual client sitting in front of me, incorporating activities from mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy if appropriate. We will work together to find out what works best for you on your therapy journey.
