I specialize in working with diverse populations including adolescents, youth, families, and adults experiencing difficulty with life transitioning stages. You may experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating difficulty, conduct/behavior disorders, and so on. My therapeutic style is open, honest, accepting, and may vary depending on the developmental stage of the client. Some of the interventions I use are active listening, cognitive behavior therapy, and solution focused techniques. Let me assist you; rather it is learning coping skills, problem solving skills, mindfulness, and even self-care techniques.
