Welcome! I am Dr. Tatum Siebert and I am a psychologist licensed in Massachusetts and Kansas with over 5 years of providing individual therapy to adults and adolescents. No matter what you may be going through, I am here to provide support, compassion, and help. Regardless of whether you may be experiencing anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I work with you to discover and accept your own strengths and how to effectively use them to live a more meaningful life. I believe that change, although uncomfortable, can help people recognize their strengths and develop a strong self-awareness.

I have worked in community mental health, college/university counseling settings, and private practice to help clients with a range of concerns including depression, emotional eating, stress/anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. My therapeutic approach is integrative. I incorporate my skills in attachment and psychodynamic theory, interpersonal psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to tailor our session to your specific needs. I also utilize solution-focused techniques in therapy, if they're a good fit.

I provide live phone and chat sessions in addition to text-based services. Unfortunately, I do not currently have availability for video sessions. If you are interested in setting up a live phone or chat session, feel free to look at my schedule and sign up for a time that works for you!
