Hi there! If you are reading this then you have taken a positive step to help yourself develop into the person you want to be on a daily basis. This is a crazy and uncertain time right now for all of us. Seems like everything we are used to doing has changed and is uncertain. You've spend as long as you can remember trying to keep it together, but it's becoming more difficult and let's face it, you're feeling overwhelmed and perhaps experiencing feelings you have never had before. You are lonely and isolated; perhaps even feeling a loss of independence or control. Whether you are an older teen or an adult, let's work together to gain back a bit of normalcy in your life.
You are looking for a safe place where you can process all that has been going on but do not want to wear a mask and have to social distance... we can still work together via the computer or smart phone! Together we can work to develop healthy coping skills and stay grounded during this tough time. You miss your "old self"; I can help you get there.
No single person is the same which is why I'll tailor a course of therapy for you depending on your specific needs. Although I believe in general guiding principles, I don't believe 'one size fits all'. You're unique and so the therapy that is right for someone else is not necessarily right for you.
