I am a Clinical Counselor licensed in Ohio for over 5 years. I bring compassion, understanding and over 13 years of direct experience in the field of mental health to every session. My career has primarily been focused on crisis intervention and solution focused treatment. In my private practice, use a combination of Client- Focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy combined with other treatment modalities to ensure that you are able to reach your goals. I have worked with people with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, grief and loss, navigating family dynamics, women's issues and LGBTQ concerns.

I believe that goal setting is a collaborative effort, which means that in sessions, I want you to take charge of your own life. We will work together to complete your treatment plan and treatment goals. Hopefully, we will work together to help you maintain the driver's seat and steer your life in the most beautiful direction.
