I graduated from Long Island University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling. I help BIPOC millennials bounce back from challenging circumstances. I know where you and we can make things better together. Let me help you figure out what to do when life doesn’t go as expected. In our work together, you can expect to leave each session to understand better how your mind works. You will have a deeper understanding of yourself, but you’ll be able to communicate your needs effectively. I provide the accountability needed to help you consistently focus on making small changes.
