Hello there, I want to start off by saying that making the decision to seek out healing is not always easy, so I congratulate you on taking this step and wish you the best on your journey. Finding a therapist that is the best match for you is critical, and I invite you to ask those "deal breaker" questions and not be afraid to decide that myself, or anyone else, is not a right fit for you.

A little about me: My name is Tatiana (she/her/hers) and I am a queer Black woman who has been providing mental health services for the past 4 years. I am dedicated to community-based work and have a passion for working with those who are disenfranchised, overworked, underpaid, under appreciated, and who have "had enough" with society's narrow expectations about who is deserving of an equitable status. My approach to therapy is one where I take an intersectional lens and have a respectful curiosity about how one's race, ethnicity, disability status, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and so much more, impact how they see the world and how the world sees them. I believe that we are the sum of what is happening inside of us, within our relationships, and within a larger social context.

Who you might be: Someone who is ready to take the reins of their healing journey to become empowered and gain/strengthen their sense of agency. Someone who has found themselves in a transition period and finds themselves asking a lot of "why" questions and/or has reached an impasse in their ability to cope mentally, emotionally, and/or spiritually.
