About

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina and have provided counseling services for several years. I truly enjoy being able to provide my expertise and services to others.

I have worked in several counseling settings (community mental health, private practice, and inpatient psychiatric care) as well as provided treatment to an array of populations, primarily adults. Additionally, I have worked with different client concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, anger, impulse control, and adjustment/life stressors. I am trained in several treatment approaches to best help various issues. Also, I keep a positive attitude in my approach by treating clients with respect, being genuine, and having positive regard throughout the counseling process.
