I am a mental health counselor licensed in Iowa with over 5 years experience working with children, teens and adults. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, anger management and trauma.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines several therapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused. I will tailor our conversations and create individualized treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
