About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been in the helping profession for over 15 years.

I am passionate about counseling, and I specialize in life transitions, anxiety, depression, family issues, and loss, and the focus of my training and practice has been helping clients work through complex emotional issues.

As a therapist, my goal is to help clients empower themselves through strategies that give them hope, build resilience and strength while creating a space for them to feel at ease. While working collaboratively, I will help you identify goals, and then tailor our sessions to your unique needs. Using insight-oriented, cognitive/behavioral, and relational approaches we will examine feelings, thoughts, and behaviors as well as identify patterns, develop tools and find ways to respond differently to help us to start you on the path of a more fulfilling life.
