We all possess the tools and vision of what we need but sometimes our vision becomes unclear or blurred. I am here to meet you where you’re at and explore solutions on how to get you to where you want to be. I am a licensed therapist, wife and a proud mother of one. I have more than 8 years of experience providing Individual therapy, behavioral rehabilitation, case management, collateral support to families and youth. I am committed to help an individual grow and identify their own strengths and barriers in life. My therapy style is cohesive, and I believe in teamwork.
