Hello and welcome! My name is Tarra and I'm a Clinical Social Worker who has experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, self esteem, etc. I strive to create a safe space in which you feel comfortable to be yourself and come as you are, free from judgement....with the goal of us working collaboratively to enhance your life. My approach focuses on building mindfulness and self compassion, along with teaching practical coping skills for daily life, as well as the long term. I very much look forward to our journey together.
