About
I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of issues. As an outdoor enthusiast, my passion lies in the connection between nature, mindfulness, and mental health treatment. I work with clients to connect to the self and feel empowered to live an authentic and genuine life. For the past two years, I have worked with teens, LGBTQIA+, and families in rural mountain settings. I serve all ages, genders, sexual identities, and personalities.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and pulls from methods of Motivational Interviewing, Somatic work, and Narrative Therapy.
