Hello, and congratulations on taking that first step towards bettering your mental health!
I have been a licensed professional counselor in Wisconsin with7 years of experience working as a therapist in many different environments, with many different populations. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, addictions, and tough life transitions. I have also helped many people who have experienced trauma and/or abuse.
My counseling style is transparent, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach with clients is eclectic, and can combine various treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic principals. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
