I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from New York University. I have a strengths based approach in assisting you with a variety of issues, including trauma, negative thought processes, poor self esteem, relationships, anxiety and panic attacks and feelings of depression and hopelessness.

I use a variety of different clinical modalities, including trauma- focused interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist you identify connections between your emotions, thoughts and behaviors, psycho analytical therapy to help you identify patterns within your earlier years and how they are contributing to your current functioning, and narrative therapies.

I offer a warm, validating and normalizing treatment approach. I look forward to connecting with you and working with you in order to empower you and work towards your goals!
