Taking the step to seek counseling takes courage and I would feel honored to be a part of your journey! I have nearly 15 years of experience providing counseling and mental health services in a variety of capacities, and have solely focused on therapy in private practice for the past 4 years. In my practice, I provide individual and marriage counseling for a range of life issues, with extensive experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, women's issues, addiction, life transitions and relationship issues.

Each client enters into counseling with unique experiences and needs, which is why I use an eclectic and individualized approach that is formed collaboratively with my clients. Regardless of whether I am pulling from Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Solution-focused or other various approaches, my priority is to consistently provide a foundation of authenticity, honesty, compassion, and maybe even some humor.
