Hi, I'm Tara Do you find yourself saying “Things are always bad one way or another"" or ""Life will never get better”. Does your mood shift and leave you feeling like your emotions are the one's that are in control? Do you feel that if a relationship is struggling you will be left or abandoned? I help individuals feeling overhwelmed by their world and their current place in it. We can identify those emotions and struggles to bring balance to your life together. We'll use a dialectical approach to begin working on what you identify your needs are by meeting you where you are at. I also integrate mindfulness, meditation and skills training to help you in an overall holistic manner. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming emotions or relationship issues, I'm here to help.
