About

I am passionate about Mental Health Awareness and the role that I can play in further educating the community about their own as well as others mental health. My Goal as a therapist is to not only assist my individual clients to continue to grow into their authentic self, but to break the stigma that surrounds mental health. My experience with community health as well as in a private practice setting has allowed me to have the rewarding experience of working with adolescents, adults, and couples as they embark on their journey to overcome the generational traumas that have continued to cause distress in their personal, social, and romantic lives. My goal is to continue to provide a safe and protected space for all to process fears, trauma as well as the successes that have occurred within a lifetime. When in the midst of distress, taking the hand reaching out to help you is the greatest act of courage that we can take for ourselves. As a person-centered therapist, I believe that you are the expert, and I am lucky to have the opportunity to learn more about you, your experiences, and the challenges that you can identify, in order to provide the space and the time that is devoted to you.
