I provide developmentally-appropriate and trauma-sensitive therapy services for families and individuals of all ages. My mindful therapeutic approach is an effective method to support the entire family from pregnancy onward. Specialties include interventions that address perinatal mental health, including postpartum depression and anxiety, social-emotional difficulties, trauma, and issues related to LGBTQ children and teens, as well as families connected to adoption and donor conception.

As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I specialize in working with children and their families to help create a strong foundation for a lifetime of well-being. I am also HSP-Knowledgeable Professional, specializing in working with Highly Sensitive Children (HSC) and Highly Sensitive Adults. In addition, I have experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Infant Mental Health, Art Therapy Techniques, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
