I have experience in helping clients with a wide range of concerns from stress and anxiety to coping with addictions, overcoming the impact of trauma and abuse, as well as working to improve motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without the fear of judgment.
