I offer private, confidential adult therapy to individuals seeking effective ways of managing times of change. I work together with clients to uncover their unique strengths and to reconstruct a more compassionate, resilient sense of self.

Prior to offering individual counseling and psychotherapy, I worked in various roles within healthcare, supporting people in: processing new serious illnesses, adjusting to progression of disease, coping with changes to level of independence, and navigating other significant life changes - including end-of-life. I continue to use my experience from healthcare to inform my understanding of how emotional distress impacts the mind, body and spirit.
