My name is Tara Galeano. I can help you. I've been a contemplative psychotherapist for over two decades, specializing in sex, sexual empowerment, and sexual wellness. Two decades is a lot of folks- both individuals, couples, and relationships, some of them like you. My favorite part of this work is when folks are happy with their outcome; they are delighted. The process is one of respect, understanding, and lots of fun. It is essential to bring creative energy to this topic, and I provide lots of homework assignments to practice what you want to learn.
