Are you the person you want to be? You are not the same person you were five years ago that you are today, and you won't be the same person five years from now, so what are we going to do to get you back in your square? I am a licensed psychotherapist in Michigan and Arizona with 20 years of mental health experience. I work with teenagers and adults. I am trained in several evidence-based practices and enjoy working with individuals seeking care specific to depression, PTSD, relationship issues, self-esteem, confidence, and trauma and abuse. I enjoy working with all the rainbows of the world: shades of humans, the spectrum of sexuality, and all forms of identity development. What hasn’t killed me has made me a better psychotherapist. I am direct and infuse humor in the work I do with my clients. My goal is for our space to be a haven for you to begin to be the person you want to be.
