I am so glad you found me. My name is Tara and I am licensed in Florida with 15 years of professional work experience in the mental health field. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, patterns of addiction, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and authentic environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment with emphasis on tools to make the changes you so desire . Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
