Hi, my name is Tara and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with my Master's of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. John's University. Throughout my career I've worked extensively with individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly domestic violence and/or sexual abuse, helping them process the events that have happened and work towards their future goals. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them imagine the future that they want for themselves, identify what is needed to achieve that future, and develop coping skills for their every day life.
