Hello,
I am Tanzanique Cage a licensed professional Counselor. This journey has been amazing, and I love being able to help people who are seeking change. Sometimes the thought of going to therapy can be daunting, and I applaud anyone that has the courage to choose themselves. I know that if I’m not real, I can’t expect you to be either. And when you feel safe to be real with me, we can work on how that translates into being real in the outside world.

I am a firm believer that when you are not feeling great in your body, it affects your mental health. If you are having difficulty emotionally or mentally, it affects your physical health. The one thing all my clients have in common is the courage and desire to live differently. My goal is to create a caring space, free of judgement, where we can work together to explore your strengths and remove barriers to your emotional growth.
I want to help you improve the life you are having, discover ways to build on your strengths, and develop new skills and insights that will empower you to live a more connected and fulfilling life. I believe that all your feelings matter - even the ones you judge, push away, or ignore. I don't believe your anxiety has to define you - it's only a small part of who you are. I enjoy working with clients that are interested in living their best lives and willing to work as partners to set goals that will help make that happen. Prepare to be openminded and challenged and have an authentic, nonjudgmental partner in this journey.
