Tanya Rider is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She has a Master degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University. Tanya has extensive experience in adolescents in residential settings as well as in a school setting. She is in her thirteenth year working in a school district, first as a mental health practitioner providing services to 9-12th grade students, and is in her fifth year as the Supervising Mental Health Professional for a federal setting IV program where she oversees the mental health services provided to K-12 students. She has experience delivering outpatient diagnostic services for both adolescents and adults. Tanya is also an approved supervisor by the Behavioral Health and Therapy Board of Minnesota. She has extensive experience working with clients of all faiths in multiple areas including anger management, depression, self-esteem, anxiety, difficulty adjusting to life transitions, conflict management, mood, attention, behavioral, familial dynamics, and relationships.
