I am a licensed Mental Health Therapist in North Carolina with 20 years of professional experience. I practice a holistic approach to treating mind, body, and spirit. My passion is empowering others to rise above life’s circumstances and not define one’s self by current behaviors or past experiences but by embracing the power of being uniquely you just for today. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, & substance use disorders.
