I am licensed in California with 12 years of professional work experience. I specialize in chemical dependency and have been working with individuals and their freinds/families to understand the effects stress and anxiety can have on addiction and manage recovery for long term sobriety. I have been helping individuals and couples with relationship issues, & family conflicts in order to help create healthier connections. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
