I am a BIPOC who believes in healing and self preservation. I am born and raised in NJ and a licensed clinical social work, with a specialization in clinical practice. I am trained in Trauma, DBT and CBT. I enjoy doing therapy and enjoy helping people find their better tommorow. I practice from a client centered approach and believe that clients are their own change agents. I enjoy the help process of helping others and have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialethical Behavioral Therapy, Play therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy as well as Brain spotting.
