Dr. Cook specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma focused care for individuals, couples, and couples. She is an experienced child and family therapist with over 20 years in the field. Dr. Cook provides treatment for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health challenges related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and various behavioral difficulties. As a certified and rostered Trauma Focused CBT provider, Dr. Cook is uniquely qualified to treat those affected by a childhood history of abuse and/or neglect. Other areas of specialty include personality disorders, intellectual disabilities and grief/loss therapy. Dr. Cook uses a strengths based approach that is solution focused and practical.
