My name is Tanita Martin-Thames. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Mississippi with 11 years of experience working as a therapist and counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also counseled many people who have experienced trauma and/or grief.
My counseling style is relaxed and interactive. I treat all clients with respect and compassion, and I do not believe in stigmas or labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, narrative, relational, psychodynamic and rational-emotive counseling. I offer a very personalized approach tailored to your specific and unique needs and treatment goals.
